Make the sun return to solar activity levels of the past century so it will be easier to pass climate change policies

The 40% decrease in solar activity during solar cycle 24 is very significant as it is the 3rd straight decline from the sun. Solar activity is at the lowest level in over a century. The sun is the primary factor of climate on earth. If the Obama administration has any chance whatsoever to make sure industry, small businesses, and individual residents in the United States pay the maximum amount for living and prospering, the sun must change its current course before it enters a grand minimum. President Obama depended on the sun to get elected in 2008 and used its image as campaign propaganda. Surely his administration can stop the sun from entering a long pause of decreased solar activity before the climate cools significantly and deters the agenda of economical devastation. .
