There is nothing more American than Football and Baseball. While we get to enjoy 4-7 World Series games a season, there is only 1 Super Bowl. Billions of people around the world tune in to enjoy the game. The game brings family and friends together like other national holidays and generates billions of dollars to the economy. On the economy, the day following the Super Bowl is usually the most unproductive day in the work place. Having the day off would save the Government and businesses from waste.
