For the President and Congress to act together to pass legislation and sign into law a Legal Holiday or National Holiday to occur every four years on Super Tuesday which enables Working Class Americans and Federal Employees to more efficiently participate in the democracy that is the United States of America.
The Holiday would further commemorate the fundamental rights to vote and the hard work that civil rights leaders have accomplished to ensure that all Americans have those rights despite race, gender, color, creed, or economic station in life.
