Make sure absentee votes,especially Military absentee votes are counted before a Presidential election is called.

Create a separate electoral vote for absentee votes.Our military over seas deserve their vote to to be counted more than any of our votes .They are our living heros.It should be a high number of 25 electoral votes or more.They deserve our appreciation. No Presidential Election should be called until they have their votes counted.
