My husband is a decorated combat veteran. He has 2 purple hearts and was injured to the point they said he wouldn't walk. They told him that he wouldn't be able to work either. The military doctors gave up on him. When he got out of their hospital we saved up money and went to a doctor that usually works with athletes. Well, my husband now walks without any assistance and works extremely hard at any job he has. He is in a lot of pain mostly every day yet he takes care of his family. The problem is that we have been trying to get medical care for him through the VA for months and they never even entered his info into the system, they are giving him the run around. On top of that, any job he trys to get that isnt heavy manual labor will not hire him because he is "over qualified"
