Make sure that employers who has shut down paid their employees no matter what

I' m starting this petition on behalf of people like me that work and then never got paid from their employers due to closed of restaurant, we are still obligated to get paid. I work alot of hours and deserved to get paid, what i put in. It's not my fault the company did other's activities with the revenue, that I can't get paid now. Employers all over the United States of America, should pay employees all wages no matter what and should be fine or face charges if they do not. They are violating our rights.
