Make sure that every women in america has the right to a four month PAYED maternity leave.

Every women should be able to rest, recover and watch her now born grow; no women should be forced between a paycheck and her baby. Hence it should be a federal right for a women to have a payed maternity which should provide her with no less then 80% of her regular salary; in addition for working families that make less then 200% of the poverty, the federal government should subsidize the remaining twenty percent. This isn't just about family values, this is about every american family and there struggles to make time for each other. This is about american love.
