make sure NOT ONE THIN DIME is given to ANY foreign country until we have BOTH A BALANCED BUDGET AND NO FEDERAL DEFICIT.

It may sound drastic, but not one thin dime should leave this country for foreign countries until and unless we have a balanced federal budget AND a surplus instead of a deficit. Too many Americans are suffering, especially the elderly and disabled, because of budgets cuts - even though they have paid their taxes faithfully for years and years. We give too freely to foreign countries, and many of these people hate Americans! We need to fix the U.S.A. before we help fix other countries.
