President Obama reassured American Citizens that the NSA bulk collection program was lawful and that they do not gather text messages. It seems as if our President was not well informed on this program because months down the road we have Federal Judges saying that these programs the NSA uses violates our 4th Amendment rights and even the FISA court that REGULATES the program says the same thing and adds that the NSA interpreted the law in their own way. I want to make sure the NSA does not regard to text messages as email due to misinterpretation on the technical side.
