OPT's should not be allowed to work with any consulting firms on contract basis, they should only work with clients directly on W2. NO C2C or 1099 should be allowed. People are faking their visa status as h1b, by creating fake h1b visa copy and getting a job. And the resume also 100% fake resume, consultants are not having any experience at all. All the clients mentioned in the resume are not genuine. He/She never worked with those clients ever. Clients before considering these resume should cross verify the previous employers whether he/she worked with those clients.
