Make the President and Congress earn their pay every year. To do this we place a yes or no question upon each ballot for the president, and persons representatives in the U.S. Government. The question could be as simple as " Has the president done his job to what he has promised?" or has your Senator done a favorable job" etc. this will help reinstate the idea of We The People as the Government is put in power to listen to the people and entitles them to fulfill what they have said they will do and each year will be in check from the People without any expensive impeach proceedings or special elections. it also is a great way to be evaluated. if they do not earn their pay, Funds should be transferred to better the state
