Make sure that public tax dollars are not spent to put a roof over Sun Life Stadum where the Miami Dolphins play.

Created by J.G. on March 06, 2013

The people of South Florida have already been duped into using tax money to publicly fund stadiums for private professional sports franchise too much, and the argument for public good is no longer valid.

Private sports organizations need to build stadiums or do upgrades with the money they make in profits from their business. Just like other private entertainment businesses all around the country do.

We ask congress to set limits to the amount of any type of tax dollars that any one region can receive for professional sports franchises within a twenty year span, and that these limits be set at least at the amount of how much the Florida Panthers and Miami Marlins have received to this date.
