Make a tariff on all Chinese imports of 1% tax to be used to eliminate U.S. debt and decrease the deficit

Create a 1% tax on all Chinese imports to be used
to reduce U.S. debt and deficits. Increase the 1% tariff
to 2% after 1 year to help American companies be
more competitive with Chinese imports. Allow all
taxes created by tariff to reduce National debt.
