In these uncertain times, there is only one thing that can bring the people of this great country together...a new national anthem. This is why I am proposing that the Obama Administration officially change our country's national anthem from the old and tired "The Star-Spangled Banner," to the new, brutally American rager known as "Tattoo" by Van Halen.
