Make "Tax Day" a Federal Holiday so that people have enough time to understand and file their ridiculously complex taxes

The United States tax-law is an incredibly complicated system that requires experts like lawyers, accountants, and financial advisors to even scratch the surface of understanding. How can an average citizen be expected to file taxes properly and get every dollar they are entitled to when the tax code is the most complicated system on the face of the planet? Most of this country lives paycheck to paycheck. They need to file taxes themselves, without the help of their accountant. Allow them time to properly file the taxes.
