Make a tax so that college students can get free tuition!

Basically, there needs to be a tax created for students like there is one for old people. Everyone has to pay social security, but not everyone benefits from it. We pay it anyway though? One more tax is all I ask to help those students in need of funds for college. It's not fair to let the future generations not be successful just because of a lack of money. If old people get free money so should the young people because we're the ones that are going to be leading the nation when you all die. Yes we should respect our elders, but our elders need to respect us to. They have had there time as well and it's time for us students to raise this country into success. Help our nation become even more powerful by providing free tuition to college students.
