The Federal government would issue a card which could only be used with photo identification to all Untied States Citizens who meet the income guidelines. This card would exempt you from high taxes and interest rates. It would have restrictions which would prohibit luxury, tobacco and alcohol purchases. This card would lower the cost of mortgages, rent, utilities, gasoline, groceries, medication, medical care, and necessities like toilet paper for persons who are poor. If we are going to be fare then we have to start by taking care of those people who make the wealthiest Americans money. This card would allow Americans to buy an affordable home instead of forcing them to pay high rent.
