For far to long, the citizens of America have had to deal with harassment in the form of telemarketing phone calls. It's common knowledge that telemarketers are running scams already considered illegal by the US Government. Let's protect our less intelligent and stop the harassment of all citizens by making all telemarketing phone calls illegal and punishable by millions in fines and decades in jail.
