make the territory of Puerto Rico part of the union due to the failure of the Peuerto Rico government to its people.

The government of Puerto Rico has been presenting corrupt and unethical actions for the last ten years and the inhabitants are exhausted of the actions listed above. Because of this, a large percentage of the population of the territory has decreased due to the emigration to the United States due to the economic collapse of the government and the limited oportunities to excel in the territory. In addition, many of its government corporations have been showing signs of corruption and carelessness for instance, the AAA, the AAE and last but not least, the Department of Education, wich has been prove to have corruption in robbing funds given from government agencies of the United States. For this matter, we have come to the conclusion that Puerto Rico be integrated as a state to the U.S.
