In an effort to indicate the complete nonsense of idiots signing petitions to withdraw from the United States,to demonstrate that these petitions have no force of law and are virtually meaningless, I hereby request that the Governor of the State of Texas be forced to Kiss the President of Mexico on the lips, stare deeply into his eyes, and tell him "you complete me".
