To stop people from texting or dialing while driving require all phone manufacturers to use the GPS in the phone and block the keyboard function if the phone is moving 5 mph or more. This would make it impossible to text or try to dial a number while driving. This could be a quick software up date done automatically. This would not interfere with phones linked to hands free utilities in the vehicle, just disable the keyboard. This is the only way to stop this epidemic.
