All those in leadership should be payed on how well they are doing on the job. If the public that elected them feel they are not representing them then their wages should be garnished and put back into the tax system to pay off national debt.If their rating per public polls is %100 then they get full pay, if only %10 feel they are doing a good job then only %10 of normal pay.
Maybe if this was put into action then they may feel the way many people do today as their pay would be based upon performance, not what they feel they should be paid.
It is easy to vote yourself a pay raise for them, but the majority of the country have to work for a raise and if they ignore their boss they get fired.
