make tips and service charges not the property of owner but that of those providing service in the hospitality business.

Created by P.B. on January 31, 2014

In the hospitality businesses like restaurants tips and service charges are not always given to waiters and bartenders but are taken by the owner. Usually the customer does not know that is happening The waiter or bartender is paid less than he or she should be paid. It usually makes the person give less service and when they make less they look for more from the government if not in assistance to live they look on tax day because they worked hard and did not get the money they thought they would get. It is a strain on the hospitality business and a strain on the government. So please support me in fair pay for our people in the hospitality businesses that give their time for your enjoyment.
