Today marks the end of the illustrious career of Kobe Bryant. In many ways Kobe Bryant embodies what it means to be an American. He has proven night after night for the past 20 years that hard work and determination are the keys to success. Kobe's work ethic is something we all should aspire to emulate in our respective careers. For 20 years Kobe has entertained us with his greatness, however, I would like to further highlight his greatness by mentioning his philanthropy which often goes unnoticed. He is a hero to many children and a leader in his community. Kobe Bryant is a national hero and deserves to be celebrated annually for his contribution to America. I petition President Barrack Obama to commemorate April 13, 2016 as Mamba Day or Kobe Bryant Day.
