due to the confusion about if a person appears to be male or female with the rise of transgender, we propose that all people who wish to attempt a sex change will be forced to have their old penis attached to their forehead or if they want a penis it will be attached to their forehead as well.
we believe that this will eliminate ANY confusion about if the person is or is not the gender they wish to say they are instead of the gender they wish to become.
