Make Trump give financial info & tax returns to electoral coll. by 12-1-16 to see interest conflicts before vote 12-19

Created by M.M. on November 16, 2016

Mr. Trump owns many companies, with debt to foreign banks, gov't leases, etc. "Trump" is a brand. Presidents place assets in "blind trusts" but he creates conflicts of interest by putting his children in charge of businesses & on Transition team, selecting Cabinet & staff. These monetize the Office to benefit his family & expose the Office to conflicts of interest. Political appointees are beholden to his family. His refusal to release personal & business tax returns & supporting documents leaves State Electors unable to conduct due diligence on him, not knowing to whom he owes money, what foreign institutions have leverage, etc. Once the Electoral College votes 12-19-16, there's no formal check on his inevitable conflicts of interest short of impeachment & constitutional crisis.
