Make U. S. Presidential level vacations affordable. Do not use government tax dollars.

President Obama spends money on vacations that it takes an entire city a decade to make up. This cannot go on. The average person only gets 2 weeks a year to spend on vacation, and from that only 10% of the income can be spent on vacations. The president of the United States, and his staff cannot and should no longer be taking 100 Million dollar vacations unless it comes directly out of money they have earned from previous employment, and not from the tax payers.
