We the undersigned ask that the President of the United States notify Congress that Ukraine is a Major Non-NATO Ally and allow Ukraine to take full advantage of that designation 30 days after Congress has been notified.
We have seen Ukraine over the past few months emerge as a vibrant democracy that is working to throw off a long history and culture of rampant Political and Economic Corruption that permeated every aspect of Ukrainian Life.
Now Ukraine is in an existential struggle for its future as a Free and Modern Democracy against a country that wants to build an Empire.
Give Ukrainians the assistance, advice, and weapons they need to defend themselves and establish a Nation conceived in Liberty and yearning to breathe free.
