Make Underage Pregnancy A Crime

Underage pregnancy is something I have seen a lot of through my highschool years. Typically 90% of the time the father was either over the legal age, or a student as well. Underage pregnancy is not shamed as it should be , and it should be considered a crime. It causes economic problems, such as careless people going on wellfare. It causes family problems, as the child will most likely grow up in a very bad enviornment. Nearly all the people I knew who had a child during highschool were heavy drug users. Underage pregnancy should morally be considered a crime and both people should be punished for it. If we let this trend continue, It will set a very low standard for our future generation.
