Make unemployment benefits available to people who are going to school that may interfere with full time work.

This petition is to make make changes to unemployment guidelines at a federal level that will allow people who go unemployed to gain unemployment benefits if it interferes with school so long those that are going to school will increase the potential for them to gain a job in the near future which will allow them to go off of unemployment. For example a student going to school for accounting who only has 7 months left and is fired from his job yet the schools class time creation will not allow he/she to gain benefits because it interferes with gaining access to full time work. Yet gaining that degree will allow him to gain work in a field that this person enjoys and is going to school to qualify for.
