Most are in agreement that there is severe inequality in wages between genders, then elect to have unions who will help make the corporation behave and do the right thing. In the union everyone gets paid the same according to job classification, whether you are male or female, black, white, brown, yellow, or whatever. Why would any average worker be against bargaining rights? The CEO's have an expensive lawyer that bargains for them. The average employee should have the same courtesy.
