Make The United States Flag Code (Title 1 Chapter 4 USC) Legally bound by law; either Through Fines or jail time

Created by B.C. on January 12, 2013

The United States Flag Code (Title 1 Chapter 4 USC) is a Little Known yet Suggestive Guideline that the Majority of the Public doesn't know of. The Guideline bans things such as the United States Flag on articles of Clothing and the United States Flag being used against the Shoulders after a Victory. We propose to the Obama Administration that they urge Congress to create guidelines for punishment and also enforce the United States Flag Code to its strict authority. Although the item such as Flag Burning is considered free speech other items are considered inappropriate and are inaffectave to Old Glory and what she represents.
