Make the United States public aware of the mutation of humans

For years now, scientist have been biologically mixing human and animal DNA in secrecy. The American public should be allowed to know that this is what their tax dollars are going to. This mutation of human genes is a danger to humanity and could eventually send the human race into extinction. I challenge the president as well as other world leaders to put an end to this horrible act and also make it illegal. If this petition is fulfilled, the president is to make a public speech to the United States of America about these Trans-Humanism, or mixing animal and human DNA to creature new creatures. The entire nation has a right to know that their tax dollars are going to the research of this disaster
