Changing and/or amending one's sex on an authentic birth certificate after transgender/reassignment surgery by any State is fraud, illegal, and unlawful. The public must be protected from fraud illegalities, and/or trickery. Government cannot assist, or condone any actions by any State contrary to the U.S. Constitution, and/or procure fraud or sham for various licenses, including, but not limited to, marriage licenses. Only verifiable DNA results can be used to determine one's sex. Any person who deceives another with already existing changed/amended birth certificate shall be guilty of fraud. States heretofore are disallowed to change and/or amend any birth certificate as violative of due process of law and to circumvent fraud, illegal, and unlawful acts
