Make an unmarried only child a part of a family immigration petition regardless of child's age and process within 1 year

I ask the Congress to allow an unmarried only child of an immigrant to be a part of the family petition regardless of the age of this child and to expedite procedure in the same way as a spouse processed-within 1 year.
I am completely alone in this country. My only son is in Canada and he couldn't be a part of my application because he was over 21 years old at the time.
It can take 8 years for him to join me in this country. It is not right. He is my only son, what is the point of promoting the family values when there is no family in this country due to the broken immigration system?
