Why is it still legal for someone to take pictures up a girl's skirt?
An Oregon judge has acquitted a 61-year-old man who admitted taking photographs up the skirt of a 13-year-old girl in Portland because he said that there is no law prohibiting it! This is wrong and needs to be changed right away, especially since this has made national news that it is totally legal to use your phone to take pictures up little girls' skirts! This is harassment and a violation that no female should have to experience. This needs to be a law in every state!
