Make U.S. Middle Eastern foreign aid based on the Middle East fixing their own problems based on U.N. standards.

The United States is wasting too much of the tax payers dollars on a place in the world that hates them. The only time they need the U.S. is when it threatens financial aid.
The U.N. and NATO rely completely on the U.S. as the military muscle. The U.S. citizen shoulders ALL of the financial burden, and receives ALL of the vitriol for fixing problems that the U.N. or NATO refuse to deal with. Enough is enough. Let the middle east solve its own problems. Let Turkey, or Israel, or Saudi Arabia, or any of the other U.N. members deal with this. Our country is falling apart by shouldering ALL of the financial burden, while China will soon surpass us because it focuses on its own country and doesn't stick its nose where it is not wanted.
