Make the US Officially Bilingual and Propose Union with Mexico

In recognition of the long history of Spanish language and culture in our society, and given that the economic and cultural well-being of the United States lies in this hemisphere, we petition that the United States be made officially bilingual in English and Spanish, that Spanish be taught at all levels of our educational system, that our currency be printed in English and Spanish, that political union be proposed with Mexico, and that Arizona and New Mexico be ceded back to Mexico as a gesture of good faith.
