I would like the federal government to end the free ride. If you receive welfare you can do something to better your state that gives it to you. For example picking up trash one day a week for 8 hrs. If you are "unable" to work we could have you sit in place drying dishes at a soup kitchen. Also as this becomes a job random urine analysis is required to keep your welfare. This would not apply to the working poor only the the non working recipients. This would hopefully free up money for a working parents who need assistance, or college students, or anyone that is actually trying to better there standing in society.
