Make the USAJOBS Site and the agencies actually review resumes when applicants are qualified but told they are not!

Created by R.D. on January 24, 2012

The USAJOBS website has made significant changes in order for applicants to have the resources for applying to Federal jobs. However, you just need to do a Google scan or be an applicant who has applied for well over 100 Federal jobs that you are totally qualified for, receive a notification you are qualified, and never hear back from the agency or USAJOBS website.

This must change and the manner in which the agencies are reviewing resumes, qualifications, and supporting documentation should not just be an automated function but qualified HR personnel should review the applications and state specific reasons why an applicant is not qualified and/or keep the applicant better informed of the status.
