In order to combat the proliferation of guns in US society, We ask President Obama to use his abilities to help make the use of a gun in ANY sort of crime, from jay-walking to first-degree murder, an offense that rates the death penalty in those states that still offer that option, or a minimum life sentence without parole in every other state.
