USPS employees need protection from "bullying in the workplace." This not only applies to craft employees but also management. The system of reporting harassing and abusive behaviors is broken. Across the country employees of the USPS are subjected to unhealthy work environments and this is now accepted as "the norm." The channels for reporting these behaviors is archaic and obsolete. Postal workers need a system in place that is impartial and objective.. Bullying in the workplace is counterproductive and lowers the morale of good, hardworking people.
