Vaccines are a medical procedure which come with both risks and benefits. As such, the decision on whether or not to accept them should be left fully to the person receiving them, or to the parents of the minor children receiving them. No one should be compelled to accept a medical procedure that carries risk against their will. Therefore, exemptions for routine vaccination should be easier to obtain. Everyone should have a choice.
