Veal is a meat created from calves (or baby cows). Depriving these creatures of a full life for no reason other than it tastes slightly better is cruel. Possibly the worst part is that the entirety of their short lives is spend almost 100% in a pen (to minimize the amount of excersize they get, maximizing the fat). Put to an extreme hypothetical situation, what if cows were force-breeding people and then eating them? That would be bad enough, but what if they were also eating our children? Such acts should be outlawed, as many would/should agree.
In conclusion, the act of slaughtering calves in order to produce veal should be made illegal. It is considered evil beyond belief to eat children, so therefore it should never be allowed.
