Make Violating the Constitution a Criminal Act

Created by C.R. on October 10, 2011

The Constitution is the supreme law of the land, but with a few exceptions violating the constitution is a civil offense subject only to financial and injunctive relief. As a result natural and corporate "persons" blatantly violate the constitution knowing that even if caught they will escape any serious consequences.

Those that violate the Constitution should face criminal penalties as well as civil judgement in order to protect the sanctity of the law of the land, reduce regulations, and protect the citizens of these United States.
