Make visitation rights for fathers mandatory following proven DNA results. The current laws, we cannot afford.

This petition is for all fathers who pay child support and pay insurance on their children but are denied visitation rights without a $3000 lawyer retainer fee. The laws need to be changed to include that fitting fathers will be required to have visitation established at the time of proven DNA results. I have been at my job for a year, own my own car and home, and have no criminal record. I was denied visitation without paying a hired attorney $3000 in retainer fees just to have the right to see my child. This is against my human rights. Kids need their fathers. When you say "visitation is at her discression", you give her power to legally keep your child from seeing you. This should be child abuse! This needs to end NOW!
