Make Vladimir Putin return Robert Kraft's stolen New England Patriots Super Bowl XXXIX ring by any means necessary.

In June of 2005, New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft visited Russia and, in an act of American diplomacy, took off his Super Bowl ring and showed it to Vladimir Putin. After he was done looking at it the Russian President, instead of returning it to its rightful owner, stole the ring with the help of KGB agents, putting it in his pocket and walking away. Whether you love the Patriots or hate them, it is clear we can not have such a symbol of American sports prowess on illegal display in the Kremlin. We petition the Obama administration to seek the return of the ring to Kraft, be it through diplomacy, economic sanctions, or even the threat of military action.
