Lets get rid of lines, hassle and civil rights violations which have been plaguing ur electios system ovr te last two elections. We have technology now to make voting nag registering to vote easier. With an overhaul of the system, people could register and possibly securely vote from their own homes. For those without computers, congestion at polling places would be vastly reduced by those voting from their homes. Participation would be higher because it would be less of a hassle. I believe that it is constitutional for the federal government to create a uniform system of registering to vote and voting into which staes can input state specific referendums.
