Make it easier and more efficient for people to vote. In the new age of information and technology, create a personal pin for every voter and use ways of the internet to tally votes, all while keeping the former system for those who cannot do this. This can be a simple as an app, website, etc. This would make the time allotted for an individual be sufficient to cast his voice n a vote. Many people cannot afford to take even an hour of work in these times.
