To Make Wal-Mart Stores INC pay Hazard Pay for all Cart Pushers.

I would like the Obama administration to force Walmart to pay their Cart Associates hazard pay for working out and their parking lots and pushing carts into their garages for their customers to use while in the store. These amazing hard workers go through many different weather conditions such as storms, rain, and winter. Winter conditions in some areas can cause these cart pushers to become very ill and in turn some it may not come into work. Winter should be classified as a hazard to their health.
